What is Pilates?

Pilates is a full-body exercise that focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness. Originally developed by Joseph Pilates in 1926, this method emphasizes controlled movements, proper alignment, and breathing techniques to build lean and functional muscles and to help prevent you from injury.

What to expect in your first class

  • For your first session, it would be best to arrive 10-15 minutes before class time to get an overview

  • Wear comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move in all directions

  • We require grip socks for participation in all of our classes!! We have some for purchase in studio

  • Bring plenty of water

Classes we offer

All of our classes are open to both beginner and advanced 50 minute sessions

Reformer Flow: This no impact class emphasizes classic Pilates style with the Reformer and focuses on restorative strength and mobility

Reformer Cardio: Get ready to get your jumps in! This class utilizes the jump board combined with the Reformer to get your heart rate pumping

Private/Semi Private Sessions: Catered to you, private sessions on the Reformer and/or Cadillac

Private Group Sessions available upon request
