What we believe

Everybody deserves to heal well, to feel strong, and to learn about their body.

We believe that much of what we do as therapists and fitness instructors is based in psychology. By involving the whole person, we can achieve much better overall health, fitness, and happiness.

Why Pilates and Pelvic Health?

“Centering” is the act of drawing one’s mental and physical focus to their core during an exercise. It is one of the Guiding Principles of Joseph Pilates’ craft and makes Pilates and Pelvic Health an ideal marriage because the pelvic floor is

part of your “COR”!!
